Trip to Europe 2004 to see the Transit of Venus -- Italy

On the third day we went to see the Appian way. A very very old road that linked Rome to Bari and Greece.
Walked quite a way along the road and tried to see some of the Catacombs. Didn't see them, but had a great lunch along the way.
